Your hosts Petra and Marius - proud hands on owners!! We are ready to welcome you and show you some true South African hospitality, and also provide you with valuable local information so you see and do everything during your stay here.

The reception forms part of our lounge area, it has satellite TV, internet cafe, free coffee and tea, free games and book swop!

DINING AREA

We supply speciality meals and our daily Ostrich BBQ is very popular with an Ostrich fillet steak done South African style on the fire, with ostrich sausage, jacket potatoes, crispy green salad and fresh bread rolls. Vegetarians enjoy vegetable kebab with potatoes salad & fresh bread. For breakfast during July until April every year we supply ostrich egg DIY style free of charge. We serve a full breakfast for the more comfortable traveller.

LOUNGE/BAR

Take time out in our comfortable lounging room, so come for a chat, catch up on your emails or watch TV...

Relax with some cool drinks or party the night away in our pub! We also have a pool table here for you to show off your skills against fellow travellers. The bar is located away from the hostel so you won't be disturbing the night's slumber of the other guests as you party on!!

CURIO & GIFT SHOP

African carvings, colourful fabrics, jewellery, ostrich egg shells and lots of other creative curiosities, many made by local craftsmen.

SPLASH POOL

Cool down, hang out, or just chill in the Splash-Pool... This works overtime during the summer and everyone loves it, especially with the girls bronzing their bodies in the sun!
